  • The subscription to QRSATHI requires payment of a subscription fee based on your chosen plan.
  • Taxes may apply to the subscription fee in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Non-Refundable Installation Charges: 30% of the subscription fee is designated as installation charges and is non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

QRSATHI – Restaurant QR Menu Software

We offer a straightforward refund policy for our software to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining operational fairness.

  • Refund Eligibility: The remaining eighty percent (70%) of the subscription fee is refundable under the following conditions:
    • Cancellation requests must be made within thirty (30) days of subscription activation.
    • Refunds will be issued only if there has been no breach of terms, unauthorized modifications, or misuse of the software.

Digital Products (Shop)

For any additional digital products or services offered via our platform:

  • Non-Refundable: All sales of digital products, including templates or add-ons, are final and non-refundable.

Refund Processing

For voluntary termination by the Company not related to user conduct, a prorated refund (excluding non-refundable charges) for the unused portion of the subscription term will be issued.
